Version 2026-10-29
Terms and Conditions
Effective October 29, 2026 · Philippines
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an electronic contract between you and ZWIFI APPLICATION HOSTING SERVICES, trading as ZWIFI, for use of ZWiFi. By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or using paid services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and are authorized to bind the business you register. Electronic acceptance and records may be used as evidence of the transaction.
2. The service
ZWiFi provides tools for user account administration, wallet top-ups, Omada Cloud Controller provisioning, WiFi device and client management, captive portals, and voucher creation. TP-Link Omada hardware/software, internet connectivity, routers, access points, Cloudflare, and payment services are third-party products and are not owned or controlled by ZWiFi.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect all passwords and controller credentials, restrict access to authorized staff, and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of duty.
4. Wallet, charges, and purchases
Prices and deductions are displayed before confirmation. Wallet credits are closed-loop service credits: they do not earn interest, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law or approved as a refund. Top-ups are credited only after confirmed payment. Omada Cloud Controller purchases described as “permanent” mean no recurring ZWiFi controller-purchase fee for that purchased controller; they do not promise perpetual operation of third-party controllers, hardware, internet service, or the ZWiFi platform. Voucher-creation fees are deducted at the rate displayed at creation.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and complaints
Failed, duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly credited transactions will be investigated. Refund, repair, replacement, and other mandatory remedies remain available under applicable Philippine law. Submit a complaint using the contact details above or the dashboard. We aim to resolve complaints promptly; the internal redress mechanism is considered exhausted if unresolved after seven calendar days, without limiting rights before DTI, NPC, courts, or another competent authority.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use ZWiFi to violate law, intercept communications unlawfully, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware or spam, infringe intellectual property, mislead consumers, evade payment, attack networks, or process personal data without a lawful basis. You are responsible for lawful operation of your hotspot and for notices and consents required from your end users.
7. Availability and changes
We use reasonable care to provide the service securely, but maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, controller changes, and force-majeure events may interrupt availability. We may modify features for security, legal compliance, interoperability, or service improvement and will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.
8. Intellectual property
ZWiFi software, branding, interfaces, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to your business content and grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it to provide the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, nonpayment, security threats, unlawful conduct, third-party controller restrictions, or material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service at any time; legally required records may be retained.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties should first use the internal complaint process and may then use lawful mediation, administrative remedies, or courts with proper jurisdiction.
12. Legal framework
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, Internet Transactions Act of 2023, Consumer Act of the Philippines, Data Privacy Act of 2012, and their applicable rules. Mandatory legal rights prevail over any conflicting provision.
